They've been horrible! I asked before I made my first appointment if they used sedation because all of my lower teeth need removed, they said 'yes'. At my first appointment when I had a consult with the dentist he said I'd wake up with dentures in. I reiterated and asked "I'll be asleep?" He said yes. Then multiple mistakes, things forgotten, weeks spent waiting. Today was my appointment for extractions and I even called this morning and asked if we were all good to go. I was told yes. NOT EVEN they forgot to prescribe meds I need since they don't sedate! Then the office manager looked at me (I'm 66 yrs old) and asked if I've ever heard of laughing gas! Like I'm an idiot! FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!

I love Aspen Dental. The lady at the front desk is always so nice and friendly. The man who did my check up was more than amazing. He was so good at the cleaning. Talked to me like I was family almost. Then the dentist was so nice and so reassuring that everything looked great and I don’t need any work done. Told me I was doing a good job taking care of my teeth. I will never go anywhere else!

I was fitted for my dentures today and I had Evelin for a technician. She was very professional, kind, and gentle. She listened to me and addressed my concerns. I could tell by how she answered my questions, that she was very knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience!

So I’m working on my 6th implant with this wonderful dentist office and I’ve had many many appointments. Let’s start with the fact that it’s a beautiful office, so peaceful. Then the first people to greet you are the wonderful front desk ladies. Renae you are a god sent! You are so caring and compassionate! Then the dental assistants are sooo top tier! Evelin, Sara, and Raina! Thank you so much! If I see you guys in the room I know I’m getting the best! Now for the wonderful dentists who’ve done an amazing job and are giving me a million dollar smile, Rejive, Ahmad, and Gupta! Thank you all for your hard work and everything you done. These guys make you feel like family and they do excellent work. I’ve probably spent over 20k here and worth every single penny! I recommend 10/10 - 5 Stars!

Nice and Professional dentist and staff. I liked that the Dentist quickly determined I needed another couple shots to completely numb the area before drilling. I liked that they did not give me a hard time for not seeing a dentist for a few years. I also like their efficiency, I thought I would be there a half hour longer than I calculated. The dental technicians (dental assistants) were delightful, professional, and had great communication skills. Thank You Ahmad and the wonderful staff at Aspen Dental! Keep Smiling!
